It was a pleasure to work with Francesca and her team. Francesca was very repsonsive to my requests for information throughout the process in helping my client purchase his home. Additionally she expertly handled requests from the lender and my buyer client. In my role I don't get to choose every escrow officer that I work with, but if I did I'd love to work with Francesca again in the future!
